Today I went to a new macaron (macaron people not macaroon) store called La Belle Miette in Hardware Lane, Melbourne. I had the following flavours:
Rose
Violet & Blueberry
Raspberry Ganache
Lemon
Strawberries & Cream
You may notice that the number of macarons don't match the number pictured....I could not wait and had to eat the rose one!!
Favourite: It is a close call between Rose and Strawberries & Cream. I am told the Strawberries & Cream flavour was made just for Valentines Day. It was so successful today that I am sure they will make it again.
