last weekend, usher attended the pre-grammy gala and "salute to industry icons honoring david geffen" event, in a grey leather jacket from balenciaga spring summer 2011. not sure why usher finds the need to be in shades in recent indoor events. i like the jacket (i'm a balenciaga fan hello!), but thought the grey sweater and grey denims was just too grey for the jacket.

earlier this month, kanye west was also spotted with the same balenciaga jacket at one of nylon magazine's events, pictured above with editor in chief marvin scott jarrett. dare i ask, who wore it better?
