on saturday, the black eyed peas performed at bbc radio 1's big weekend in carlisle. band member apl.de.ap wore one of the leather jackets from burberry prorsum spring summer 2011.

i really love the jacket, but i am not keen on apl.de.ap's styling. i find both the belts on the jacket and his jeans a little too fussy and busy. he looked like he just jumped out of a comic book, which in that case isn't too bad actually. model benoni loos wore that jacket in the spring summer 2011 show, however most of the detailings was covered by the bag's shoulder strap.

during the spring summer 2011 womenswear show in london, a few selected menswear looks were also included. model jeremy young wore that jacket, and i actually preferred the jacket on him.

and here's mr young enjoying the perks of his job backstage at burberry prorsum womenswear spring summer 2011. although i find the belt a little fussy, without it hanging like that to balance out, the jacket actually would look too cropped.
