Dennis Kucinich: Kill The Messenger! Downgrade The Credit Agencies! Flunk Me, FLUNK YOU!

Remember that scene in Back to School where Rodney Dangerfield is informed that he's going to be flunked, and he responds with "flunk me, flunk you!"? Credit rating agencies are supposed to give out a rating based on your revenues versus your obligations. You and I know that our credit scores will go down if we hold too much debt in comparison to our income. Apparently Kucinich came out of his UFO and insisted that that shouldn't apply to the government:
